Action:

This rejection is common in Auto Accident claims. What this means is that they require a copy of police report on accident. This police report is what we refer to as a FIR (First Information Report). When you get this rejection, call the patient, request him to fax or send by mail a copy of the police report. Once the same is received at the carrier’s end, resent the claim.
